TAUW assists with earthmoving for Hoost development in Knokke

TAUW is proud to have been selected by the developer CAAAP to assist them with optimizing the earthmoving works needed for the new “Hoost” development in Knokke Heist. The Hoost development (Hoost | CAAAP) is a residential project located in Knokke-Heist, 300 meters from the sea. The project will be a spectacular addition to the Knokke-Heist skyline.

This project will comprise the excavation of approximately 50.000 m³ of soil.

When proceeding with soil excavation and transport in Flanders, the legislation imposes soil investigations in order to determine the soil quality and ensure an optimal re-use of the soil depending on its quality. In addition to maximizing the re-use of soil and therefore contributing to a circular economy in soil use and re-use, this also allows for optimizing costs associated to these works.

As a recognized soil remediation expert, TAUW is fluent with the regional regulations regarding working with excavated soil and can help you quickly and flawlessly through the administrative process of managing earthmoving in a most efficient way.
